So!

Kravitz here is a bounty hunter for the Raven Queen, who is the goddess of death. To quote one of the game handbooks: "The Raven Queen watches over the world, anticipating each creature’s death and ensuring that it meets its end at the proscribed time and place." She's pretty big on people dying and staying dead, has a pretty big problem with (most) sentient undead, and is most assuredly not a fan of necromancy, as you can imagine. It's generally up to Kravitz to keep everything in line, and to hunt down those who would muck around with the natural order of things.

Because of all of this, he's shown in canon to have a sort of ~sense~ whenever there's powerful enough undead hanging around - liches, wraiths, zombies, spirits... pretty much whatever. And if someone happens to be actually practicing any necromancy, well boy howdy, he's not gonna be pleased!

This is where I need your permission! Is your character dead? Undead? A necromancer? Something close to that? Awesome! Let's play around with it. This is your chance to tell me if you want Kravitz to know right off the bat because he can sense your character's death-related situation, or if you'd rather him be clueless! (We'll say his augment interferes. Easy~) If you wouldn't mind dropping me a comment answering a few questions, I'd super appreciate it!

1) Is your character CANONICALLY dead or undead? What it says on the tin. Just yes or no is fine, but elaboration is also cool because I like hearing about people's characters /chinhands!
2) Is your character CANONICALLY alive, BUT they have died at least once in CANON? Because some canons are like DBZ and just kinda break rules like that constantly. He can tell this kind of thing, too.
3) Has your character died at all during their stay here in Drift Fleet? Just for funsies I thought it'd be cool if this counts as death and therefore he can tell~
4) Has your character dabbled in necromancy at all? He won't like, ~smell it on you~ immediately or anything. But if he ever hears about it or catches you doing it, he's gonna get all bristly.
5) Would you be cool with Kravitz being able to sense any/all of the above? Want Kravitz to be able to sense all the death-y things? Cool. Want him to know something is off but not exactly what it is? That's fine too! Would you rather Kravitz not know at all? Can do. Give as much or as little permission as you're comfortable with! The point is to have fun, after all. ♥

2) Is your character CANONICALLY alive, BUT they have died at least once in CANON? YES but not in the sense that he was like, revived and shit. Just like, his heart stopped, it was stopped for a few minutes, they were gonna declare him dead and then they got his heart going again.

I'll also note that if Thor ever canon updates, he would have gone through another near-death experience where he was dying until his (new) hammer revived him.

Life magic manipulation is really her thing and she has at least recently revived one person from a practically near-death state and has played around with extending life/and or transferring it into other things for thousands of years and also has not aged since her revival so this... applies...
5) Would you be cool with Kravitz being able to sense any/all of the above? I imagine he'd be able to sense something is definitely off but it's probably something we could take slowly and see what happens given how extreme she'd probably ping otherwise! We could probably talk about it sometime.
